Reset & Renew Mindfulness Session
Get ready for an afternoon of mindfulness in the comfort of your own home! Holistic Women's Wellness Mentor and Yoga Instructor, Tayla D'Avolio, will guide you through a virtual 30-minute mindfulness experience, which will include breathwork, meditation, visualization practices and reflection. Learn about the power of affirmation, grounding practices, and tools you can integrate into your everyday lifestyle. Ignite your imagination and end your session feeling relaxed and refreshed for the rest of your workday! Whether you are new to meditation or experienced in this field, this session is for you. All levels welcome.


Vinyasa Yoga Breakout Flow
Yoga Instructor, Tayla D’Avolio, invites you to take a break from your daily routine, ground into your space and get the blood flowing! Center into your being with a 60-minute all-levels vinyasa yoga flow and learn postures that help counteract the daily postures we often encounter in the office. Bringing fluidity and sensational movement to the body, this practice will help release anything from your morning and welcome in the rest of your day with renewed energy!

Hormone Health Empowerment Session
Join Holistic Women’s Wellness Mentor and Yoga Instructor, Tayla D’Avolio, for an informative discussion on the topic of hormone health. From everyday stressors and toxins, it is vital to understand how the endocrine system can easily become disrupted and how it can affect our everyday lives. Hormone balance is a journey and certainly, not linear by any means, quite similar to women’s monthly cycles and life cycles. In this session, we will cover everything from what might be attributing to hormone imbalance and learn helpful tips related to nutrition, diet, exercise and stress, which all play a major role in integrating more balance in the body. This is certainly not your typical health class! Be prepared to practice breathwork techniques, as well as receive recipes for herbal remedies specific to women’s needs. You’ll leave feeling empowered, full of knowledge on tips and tools to utilize for a lifetime!
